International Congress OIL TERMINAL 2007 will take place on the 1-2 November, 2007, addressing issues of export and shipping of crude oil and petroleum products, development of transshipment capacities and providing an overview of  CIS and Western Europe oil ports.

Congress speakers are leading experts, representatives of government institutions, oil companies as well as research centres and agencies from Russia and Europe.
