The personal contact information that you provide such as your name, telephone, fax and e-mail will be held on a database and may be used by Vostock Capital and its partners for marketing purposes.
If a delegate cannot attend the event for any reason whatsoever, the Customer has the right to send a replacement by notifying the organisers in writing no later than 24 hours before the event starts.
To cancel the participation the Customer shall notify the oganisers in writing no later than 30 days before the event.
If the notification is made at a later date but at least 72 hours before the event starts, 50% of the participation fee shall be used as advance payment for the Customer's participation in future events organised by the Contractor, while the remaining 50% of the fee shall be deducted to cover the Contractor's costs.
If the notification is made less than 72 hours before the event, the Contractor shall deduct the full amount of the fee.
Notifications shall be sent by email or facsimile in free format.
